Fueled and Powered

1. Informed Consent & Voluntary Participation

By participating in any class, coaching session, event, virtual session, video, or guided practice with Fueled and Powered, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Movement, breathwork, stretching, and physical activity involve inherent risks.

  • You voluntarily assume full responsibility for your participation.

  • You are physically able to participate safely or have consulted a licensed medical provider.

2. Not a Medical or Mental Health Service

You understand and agree that Fueled and Powered:

  • Does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment

  • Does not provide psychotherapy, counseling, or mental-health interventions

  • Offers educational and wellness-based practices only

You agree to seek professional medical care when needed and to stop participating if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or discomfort.

3. Liability Release

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Fueled and Powered, its instructors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or injuries arising from:

  • Participation in movement or breathwork

  • Use of props or equipment

  • Use of online content, livestreams, or recordings

  • Participation in in-person or virtual events

This release applies whether the activity occurs at home, outdoors, in a public space, or at any location where a Fueled and Powered offering is held.

4. For Virtual / Online Classes

You acknowledge that practicing in your own environment increases responsibility for:

  • Ensuring adequate space

  • Removing hazards

  • Using equipment safely

  • Listening to your own body

You assume all risks associated with practicing outside a controlled studio setting.

5. For Minors

A minor may only participate with express parental/guardian consent.
The parent/guardian agrees to:

  • Accept all risks on behalf of the minor

  • Release Fueled and Powered from liability related to participation

  • Ensure the minor follows safety instructions

  • Supervise the minor when appropriate

6. Photography & Media 
Participants may decline being photographed at any time. If photographs or short video clips are taken for marketing purposes, consent will be requested verbally or in writing.

7. Agreement

By participating in any Fueled and Powered offering, you affirm that you have read and understand this Liability Waiver and agree to its terms.
