Fueled & Powered is a movement and breathwork resource designed to help people reconnect with their bodies, support their nervous systems, and feel powerful in every stage of life.

My Story

I know stress.
For more than 15 years, I worked in high-pressure corporate roles where exceptional results were the expectation, not the exception. I thrived in fast-paced environments, but the constant push to perform — while also trying to be present for family and friends, stay healthy, and keep up with life — slowly took its toll.

Over time, without the right tools to support my nervous system, I burned out. Not the kind of tired that disappears after a weekend off.
A deeper exhaustion — mental, emotional, and physical — that left me running on survival mode. My body had been signaling for years, and I didn’t yet know how to listen.

Fueled and Powered was born from that turning point.

Not as a business idea, but as a resource I desperately needed myself — a place where people who feel overwhelmed, stressed, or stretched thin can learn simple, effective tools to feel grounded again.

Today, I help others do what I wish I had known earlier:

  • Support the nervous system

  • Move the body with intention

  • Use breath as a tool for regulation and resilience
